Tatuaże wykonujemy jedynie na
osobach pełnoletnich.
Zapis na sesję wiążę się z uprzednią
wyceną oraz akceptacją pomysłu
klienta przez artystę.
Na wpłatę zadatku oraz wysłanie
potwierdzenia w formie PDF, screen
czy maila wysłanego z banku są trzy
dni.
Zmiana pomysłu ze strony klienta
wiążę się z ponownym czasem
oczekiwania na akceptację artysty,
może się jednak okazać, że artysta
nie chce wykonać nowego projektu.
Jako studio spróbujemy wtedy
przekierować Ciebie jako klienta do
innego artysty, który chciałby ten
projekt wykonać lub wrócimy do
pierwotnego pomysłu, na który była
akceptacja pierwszego artysty.
W przypadku braku porozumienia
zadatek przepada – jest to
rekompensata dla artysty za
poświęcony czas.
W przypadku braku kontaktu ze strony
zainteresowanego rezerwacja terminu
przepada automatycznie.
W przypadku zmiany terminu minimum
14 dni przed terminem – możemy
jednorazowo zmienić termin sesji bez
straty zadatku, jednak nie dalej niż
3 miesiące do przodu.
W przypadku zmiany terminu mniej niż
14 dni przed umówionym terminem –
zadatek przepada – prosimy o
przemyślaną decyzję odnośnie zapisu.
Artyści zastrzegają sobie prawo do
zmiany umówionego terminu.
W przypadku braku akceptacji
propozycji nowego terminu, klient
może ubiegać się o zwrot wpłaconego
zadatku.
Jednorazowe poprawki są wliczone w
cenę w terminie do trzech miesięcy
od wykonanego tatuażu, po upływie
trzech miesięcy poprawki są płatne i
wyceniane indywidualnie.
W dniu sesji należy przyjść na czas
– w przypadku spóźnienia powyżej 30
minut i braku kontaktu ze studiem,
sesja zostaje odwołana, a zadatek
przepada – jest to rekompensata dla
artysty za poświęcony czas.
W studio mogą przebywać jedynie
osoby pracujące bądź zapisane na
sesję. Niemożliwy jest udział osób
towarzyszących oraz innych osób
trzecich.
Na miejscu, przed sesją podajemy
zgodę do wypełnienia oraz informacje
do zapoznania się – wypełnienie
dokumentów jest niezbędne do
rozpoczęcia sesji. Dokumenty te
służą do zebrania odpowiedniej
dokumentacji, określeniu stanu
zdrowia – nie są one udostępniane
stronom trzecim i są wyłącznie
dostępne w archiwum studia Prism.
Payment of deposit is equivalent to
accepting the terms and conditions.
We only do tattoos on person of
legal age (the person who is at
least 18 years old at the day of
session)
Your idea must be accepted by the
artist, date of session and deposit
must be estimated and paid. After
all those steps are confirmed by
both sides the booking is confirmed.
Deposit must be paid maximum three
days after date is estimated. Proof
of payment must be attached as soon
as deposit is paid (in pdf / or
official documents stated by bank /
form of payment).
In case of changing the idea by
customer after upon agreement of
first one – artist need time to
either accept or deny the new idea
proposed by customer.
Upon refusal of new idea – studio
will try to find new artist who can
make this project or come back to
first idea (that was accepted in
first place).
In case of not finding agreement –
deposit is non-refundable and is
treated as compensation for time of
work of the artist.
In case of lack of communication
from customer side – the session is
cancelled.
In case of situation above 14 days
before the day of session – customer
may ask to change the date of
session without losing deposit – but
the new date must be agreed upon
right away however, not more than 3
months ahead.
In case of situation below 14 days
before the day of session – customer
may ask to change the date, however
in that situation deposit is non
refundable and is lost – new date
must be confirmed by customer by
paying new deposit. Please be aware
and make thoughtful decision.
Artist can change the date of
appointment.
In case of not reaching agreement
upon new date, customer might ask to
refund the deposit.
The customer is entitled to one free
tattoo touch-up within three months
of the initial session, if required.
In the day of session – please be on
time – upon non-show for 30 minutes
without contacting / informing the
studio – session is cancelled and
deposit is non-refundable and is
treated as compensation for time of
work of the artist.
Only people who are working and
customers with scheduled appointment
can be in studio. Participation of
companion other third parties is not
possible.
Upon arrival in studio customer is
asked to read and fulfil all
documents provided by studio. This
step is necessary to start our
session. Documents are essential to
gather all information, estimate
state of health – those files are
not shared to any third parties and
are only available in Prism studio
archives.
